Blog: Thoughts for the New Year - 2011

The love and warmth that we've always felt in gatherings with our family was just multiplied by the communal care and love lavished on this new, little life. And in return, this incredible bundle of wide-eyed wonder freely shared his smiles, giggles and cuddles with all of us.
Little Grady hasn't learned to be wary of anyone, to turn away from someone new, to only respond to that which is familiar. Ah, to bring a similar sense of unrestricted openness to all our relationships in 2010! (I just LOVE being reminded by a small child of some of life's important lessons.)
May we all bring some additional wide-eyed wonder and kind acceptance to our world, our community and our families in 2010.
