News: A Heart-felt Thank You from Rose Brooks Center and from the World's Window Staff

Our coat and sweater drive and quilt raffle were an amazing success thanks to your generosity. We partied on Thursday, November 7th and gathered even more donations and sold more raffle tickets. You bought gorgeous knittings from Marci Blank with Th'Red Head Designs, shared our yummy food and listened to great jazz by Brett Jackson and Chris Hazelton. What a wonderful evening!

We raised over $1500 from raffle ticket sales. We drew the prize winners and Susan Skillman was our lucky quilt winner.

Tower Cleaners again very generously donated over $200 of cleaning services for coats or sweaters needing some extra touch-up.

The hundreds of coats and sweaters donated were picked up last week by Rose Brooks and no doubt are already making their way to the welcome arms of those women and children who need them.
